Customer can book an appointment, with real-time availability of doctors. ZenOxy DigiHealth enables Users to connect with Practitioners through two methods:
2.1.1- Book facility that allows Users book an appointment through the Website and platform.
2.1.2- Value added telephonic services which connect Users directly to us on number provided on the Website and platform, we will book the appointment.
Online real-time consultation by video, audio or chat option. Customer can instantly book an appointment for an online consultation with any such Practitioner using the “Online Video Consultation” function The Online Consultation Service enables customer instantly to book a live real time consultations by video, audio and/or chat through the Platform directly with those Practitioners who are the subject of Service Agreements with us in relation to such Online Consultation Services. We will have Memorandum of Understanding with those doctors/clinics/hospitals, which are authorized for online consultation and on behalf of these doctors/clinics/hospitals we will put their services on our website and platform.
ZenOxy DigiHealth will provide software-based services for pharmacies. ZenOxy DigiHealth is a platform for facilitating the exchange of services between customers (User) who are willing to order products via our partners (Pharmacies) that are willing to collect and deliver the ordered Pharmacies.
2.3.1 Prescribed Medicine Delivery:
Customer can upload the prescription on our platform and after verification; medicines can be dispensed, either collected or delivered to your home based on your preference. This service will be both for insured and non- insured customers under any health insurance.2.3.2 Online OTC Products:
Customer can buy online OTC products from the website and platform. (We will have Memorandum of Understanding with those pharmacies, which are authorized for online selling of OTC products online and on behalf of those pharmacies we will put their products on our website and platform).2.4.1- Doctor at Home:
Customer can book Doctor at home service from website and platform, there will be slots available in the doctor’s profiles where the customer can book the appointment.2.4.2- Health Packages/Lab test at home:
The platform allows you to schedule a sample pick-up at the customer’s home. These will be basic health tests which customer can book without the practitioner’s prescriptions.2.4.3- Covid-PCR Test at Home:
Customer can book a time slot for Covid-PCR test at home and our DHA certified team will collect the sample from your home and the reports will be shared digitally through email and SMS. (We will have Memorandum of Understanding with those clinics, which are authorized for home healthcare services and on behalf of those clinics we will put their services on our website and platform).Second Opinion from International Doctors: In second opinion, users can take consultations from international doctors from different countries. Users will have two options, one is a free consultation and another is paid video consultation. In a free consultation, users can upload their reports and our team will take second opinions from 5 to 6 doctors and once uploaded the doctor’s suggestion the user can look into their medical suggestions. Once users decided to consult the concerned doctor they have to go for a video consultation with the payment.
The Search Service allows customers to search the Practitioners by their name, specialty, clinic, hospital, location, date, time, language and insurance.
ZenOxy DigiHealth can be accessed from anywhere through any device with an internet connection such as Windows, Android, iOS, Mac with dedicated application are also present free-to-download from Google Play store and App store.
By accessing and using the website and platform, you represent and warrant the following conditions:
3.1. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, use the services, or visit or use the website and platform in any manner. By registering, visiting, and using the website and platform you may enter into a legal agreement and use the services in the relevant jurisdiction
3.2. The details and information you are providing are accurate.
3.3. You are accessing the Platforms for yourself or a child under the age at which it may enter into a legal agreement and use the Services in the relevant jurisdiction for whom you are the legal guardian or as a guardian for your family member, friend or relative.
4.1. You can visit our website without any registration or login but for our platform, as part of registration you need to enter your mobile number / email address and an OTP number will be sent to you on your mobile number/ email entered, which can be further used to login to our platform.
4.2. When you book any service through our website or platform you will be required to provide personal details such as first name, last name, date of birth, gender, and address. And additional information such as height, weight, blood group, any emergency contact number. You will have access to editing the information or to add more information.
4.3. We reserve the right to terminate any account which does not include a valid email address and a mobile number.
4.4. We may contact you by e-mail or call to verify your identity and in order to ensure you have not fraudulently created the account, we can ask you to get more information from you. And if you are unable to provide the details within a given period of time, we reserve the right to suspend your account
4.5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and password details. You are solely responsible for all usage of your account and password whether or not authorized by you. You should immediately notify us of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for your losses that are caused by any authorized use of your account.
4.6. We reserve the right to monitor the use of the website and platform and to disable any account if you failed to comply with any of the provisions of Terms of Use or if we suspect any unauthorized use or misuse of the website and platform.
You are solely responsible for choosing the services available on the platform ranging from Doctor Consultation/ Pharmacy services/ Diagnostic services/ Home healthcare services as well as second medical opinion services offered through this platform. We are not liable for your choice of service like whether the Doctor is suitable for your healthcare needs or not. You may search and select the services offered according to your insurance, specialty, date, time, experience, language spoken, availability, location etc.
The Website and Platform are accessible to visitors/non-registered users, registered users, and healthcare service providers.
Registered Users: Those users who have registered themselves and have an account on the website and platform by providing certain personal information. Registered users can login on the website by providing their username and password. For the platform every time the user has to enter the registered mobile number and after that user can log on to the platform. Registered users can book an appointment with the Practitioners through our website and avail of all the services provided on the website and platform.
Non-Registered Users/Visitors: Those users who have not registered on our website but have access to the information on the website. Certain services and features are available to registered users only

6.1 For Registered Users:6.1.1. An instant online appointment booking platform that shows the real-time availability of doctors, which allows them to book an appointment.
6.1.2. The patients can search and select the doctor they need according to their insurance, specialty, experience, language spoken, availability, location, date, and time.
6.1.3. Users can receive reminders, reschedule, cancel, or even request earlier availability, and a users can also send and receive documents such as prescriptions.
6.1.4. The Online Consultation Service enables users to instantly book an available appointment with a doctor and can do live real-time consultation by video, audio, and chat through our platform.
6.1.5. After consultation, users can avail the service of medicines delivery at their home and also get lab tests done from the comforts of their home.
6.1.6. Customers can upload a prescription for ordering the medicine, specifies the delivery location, and can place the order. The pharmacy then verifies the order placed and the prescription uploaded. Within 30 minutes of placing the order (during working hours specified), our call center will inform the customer about the availability of the medicines or whether the medicines can be delivered to the particular location or not.
6.1.7. Cost-effective healthcare packages that include free unlimited consultations with your doctor, specialist in-clinic consultations, medicine delivery, and other multiple benefits.
6.1.8. The second opinion, users can take free second opinion after sharing their medical reports with us or can schedule a video/ audio call with international doctors from different countries after paying the consultation fees.
6.1.9. Home healthcare, the website platform provides healthcare at home services for customers in need. Doctor consultation at home, Nurse at home, physiotherapy at home.
6.1.10. Website/Platform to order Lab Tests from Labs: The platform allows you to schedule a sample pick-up at the customer’s home, which will be used by a Lab to conduct a Lab Test and share the results of such Lab Test with you through the platform.
6.1.11. The customer can book an appointment for diagnostic tests at a preferred available time slot from the registered diagnostic centre
Those users who have are not registered on our website but have access to the information on the website. Certain services and features are available to registered usersonly. You can see all the services which we are proving through our website and application, Practitioners profiles, online pharmacy, lab services, etc...
6.3 Practitioners:6.3.1. Platform to publish profile: You may upload your profile containing photo, full name, clinic name and clinic locations, relevant expertise, specialty, languages spoken, accepted forms of payment, medical insurance accepted, experience, education, publications, memberships, awards, and local registration and license details. Your profile is accessible to all Registered as well as Non-Registered Users.
6.3.2. Platform for private interaction: You may use the Website for private interaction with Registered Users. In course of the private interaction, you can exchange texts, images, videos over the chat feature of the platform.
6.3.3. Platform to receive consultation fees for non-Website interaction: You may use the Website to receive fees for your interactions with Registered Users outside the Website / offline.
6.3.4. Platform to publish health-related information and education material: You may contribute health-related information and education material which ZenOxy DigiHealth may, with or without modification, in its sole discretion, publish on the Website.
7.1. We may collect various personal information from You when You use the Website and or the features provided by the Website.
7.2. Our Privacy Policy available in our Privacy Policy sets out Our policy with respect to the collection, storage, use, transfer and protection of any such personal information.

8.1.2. ZenOxy DigiHealth encourages you to independently verify any information you see on website and platform, including the information provided by the healthcare providers. I.e. practitioners, labs & diagnostics and pharmacies. You will use the website and platform, the provided features and services only in relation to and in compliance with all applicable Dubai laws. You will not use the website and platform for any purpose not intended under this Agreement.
8.1.3. The website and platform allows selecting and schedule the appointment with the practitioners, in this ZenOxy DigiHealth helps you filter the profiles of the practitioners who may be suitable for you based on the information you provide to ZenOxy DigiHealth like Speciality, geographical region, language spoken, insurance etc.
8.1.4. ZenOxy DigiHealth as platform provider does not recommend or endorse any practitioner or product on the website and platform. ZenOxy DigiHealth does not hold any responsibilities on the quality of healthcare services provided by the practitioner and does not grade practitioners.
8.1.5. You may book the appointment on the website and platform for your family and friend. However you will be solely responsible for any activity that is done from your account on behalf of your family and friends.
8.1.6. You may use the website to order lab test at home. ZenOxy DigiHealth website and platform allows you to schedule a time for a home sample collection and pay the corresponding lab test fee. If you cancel a lab test before 2 hours of sample collection, you will receive a full refund and if you cancel the lab test after the sample collection you will not receive any refunds.
ZenOxy DigiHealth website and platform will provide the list of profile previews of practitioner and other services based on the information you provide to the website and platform such as speciality, language spoken, product name ect. ZenOxy DigiHealth as platform provider does not recommend or endorse any practitioner or product on the website and platform. ZenOxy DigiHealth does not hold any responsibilities on the quality of healthcare services provided by the practitioner and does not grade practitioners.
ZenOxy DigiHealth is a platform provider for hosting and publishing various healthcare services like appointment booking, online consultation, online pharmacy, and lab services.
Providing a platform for registered and qualified practitioners to provide preliminary healthcare services to the registered users.
Providing a platform for registered users to order pharmacy and lab tests.
Facilitating revenue collection for healthcare providers like practitioners, labs, and pharmacies.
9.1. ZenOxy DigiHealth does not have any obligation to pre-screen or monitor any user content or healthcare provider’s content at any time. However, ZenOxy DigiHealth may monitor any content and remove the content if its sole discretion is in violation of the agreement or any applicable law and best practices. ZenOxy DigiHealth will make reasonable efforts to inform the user or healthcare provider who had posted such content.
9.2. If ZenOxy DigiHealth suspects any unlawful, illegal or fraudulent activity on the website or platform from a registered user or any healthcare provider, notwithstanding any other right ZenOxy DigiHealth may have, and ZenOxy DigiHealth reserves the right to inform the relevant government and law enforcement authorities. ZenOxy DigiHealth will help and cooperate in all the investigations initiated by government and law enforcement authorities.
9.3. ZenOxy DigiHealth as a platform provider does not endorse or control over any particular branch of medicine, theory, opinion, or viewpoint on any topic.
9.4. ZenOxy DigiHealth as a platform provider of the healthcare services on the platform and does not interfere in any service selection, end-user is solely responsible for the same.
9.5. ZenOxy DigiHealth as a platform provider holds no accountability or liability for the professional advice or medical advice from the registered Practitioners to the end-users.
9.6. ZenOxy DigiHealth is a platform provider and holds no liability for the accuracy of the results and is a sole responsibility of the lab and diagnostics.
9.7. ZenOxy DigiHealth is a platform provider for the sales and promotion of the OTC and prescription medication, holds no accountability for efficacy, effectiveness, results of the products, seller is solely responsible for any adverse outcomes of the product.
ZenOxy DigiHealth through third party processor, will process and collect payment on our platform on behalf of the service providers like Doctor’s appointment booking, online pharmacy etc for whom we act as a billing and collection agent. Payment through credit card and debit card are collected online. You are required to enter card number, expiry date of the card and security number. No data is saved, and no additional fees are charged. The money is deducted once you click on “Pay Amount”.
11.1. ZenOxy DigiHealth may provide you third-party website links on the website and platform that direct you to other or third-party websites/applications/content.
11.2. Links to third-party websites are provided for your convenience and exercise your judgments when visiting the third-party website from the ZenOxy DigiHealth website or platform.
11.3. ZenOxy DigiHealth does not endorse any third party website, your usage of such third party violation websites and the content available on such website is subject to the use of respective third party website, ZenOxy DigiHealth do not take any responsibility for your use of any third party website.
12.1. ZenOxy DigiHealth reserves the right, in the event if it finds out that you breached the agreement or if there has been a violation of these Terms of Use, your user account access will be suspended or terminated immediately without any notice.
13.2. Any suspected illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent activity may be ground for suspending or terminating your account access and your right to use the services will cease and ZenOxy DigiHealth reserves the right to delete your account and information.
13.1.1. You are 18 years of age or older and that Your use of the Website and platform shall not violate any applicable law or regulation.
13.1.2. All registration information You provide is accurate and truthful and that You agree to maintain the accuracy of such information.
13.1.3. You as a Registered or Non-Registered User will use the Website and platform solely for Your personal and non-commercial use. Any use of this Website and platform or its content other than for personal purposes is strictly prohibited.
13.2.1. You will not delete or modify any content of the Website including but not limited to, legal notices, disclaimers or proprietary notices such as copyright or trademark symbols, logos, that You do not own or have express permission to modify.

12.1. After canceling the appointment user can ask for a refund.
12.2. If a patient cancels their appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, they are entitled to a full refund of the consultation fee that they paid online.
12.3. If user is unable to attend the appointment at the scheduled time, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and user will not be entitled to a refund.
12.4. If the doctor cancels the appointment, the patient is eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee they paid.
12.5. If the refund request is deemed valid, ZenOxy DigiHealth will credit the customer's bank account. The refund process will be completed within 15 working days of receiving the refund request.
13.1. If a patient cancels their appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, they are entitled to a full refund of the consultation fee that they paid online.
13.2. If a customer does not receive a reply to their online consultation query within the specified timeline, they may request a refund. The request must be made to ZenOxy DigiHealth customer care within 72 hours of submitting the query or receiving a response. The customer care team will validate the refund request.
13.3. If the refund request is deemed valid, ZenOxy DigiHealth will credit the customer's bank account. The refund process will be completed within 15 days of receiving the refund request.

The Services provided by ZenOxy DigiHealth are not meant to replace emergency medical attention. If you, as an End-User, are experiencing a medical emergency, whether for yourself or someone else, please contact your local ambulance service or hospital directly.

15.1. If a user books a paid appointment with a doctor through ZenOxy DigiHealth website but the doctor does not show up, the user can get a full refund by writing to info@zenoxydigihealth.com within 5 days of the missed appointment.
15.2. The refund will be processed within 15 business days and sent to the user's original mode of payment.
15.3. If the user does not cancel the appointment and does not show up, there will be no refund.
15.4. If the user has to wait for the doctor, they will not be entitled to a refund, even if the wait is longer than the scheduled appointment time.
At ZenOxy DigiHealth, we understand that order cancellations and refunds can be a source of concern for our customers. We have established the following guidelines to ensure that the process is as smooth and transparent as possible:
16.1. If your order is canceled by ZenOxy DigiHealth, or if user initiate the cancellation, a refund will be automatically initiated. Refunds will also be processed in the event of an unsuccessful order or payment.
16.2. Userwill receive SMS or email notifications once the refund has been processed.
16.3. For credit/debit card transactions, refunds will be credited to the respective card and may take up to 15 business days, depending on the bank.
16.4. Order placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to customer bank account.
17.1. If a user books an appointment on the ZenOxy DigiHealth website using the Book Appointment facility but fails to attend the scheduled appointment without canceling, rescheduling, or informing the practitioner in advance, it will be considered a valid no-show instance.
17.2. We have a Patient-No-Show Policy in place, which states that if a patient has three (3) valid no-show instances, their account on the ZenOxy DigiHealth website and mobile app will be temporarily disabled for booking further online appointments for the next four (4) months.
17.3. However, the patient can still call the clinic via zenoxydigihealth.com to schedule an appointment. We encourage patients to be considerate and inform the clinic as early as possible if they are unable to attend the scheduled appointment.
18.1. If you cancel a Lab Test after the sample collection, a refund will not be applicable.
18.2. Refunds due to any issues with the processing of the sample will be provided as per Lab's policy. ZenOxy DigiHealth is not liable for any refund.
18.3. Refund due to any issues with reporting will be provided as per Lab's policy. ZenOxy DigiHealth is not liable.
18.4. In case of no-show for pre-scheduled home collection you are not eligible for refund.
18.5. If you cancel a lab test before 2 hours of sample collection, you will receive a full refund and if you cancel the lab test after the sample collection you will not receive any refunds.
ZenOxy DigiHealth aims to provide complete customer satisfaction with our products and services. We have a refund policy for certain circumstances, which include.
19.1. If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. 19.2. If the product has reached or is close to its expiry date. 19.3. If the delivered product does not match the order placed by the customer.At ZenOxy DigiHealth, we strive to provide our customers with excellent service and products. We offer a return and exchange policy for our products, subject to the following conditions:
20.1. Return or Exchange will be accepted within 48 hours of online purchase. 20.2. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of the online purchase. 20.3.
